Sale Conditions:

Buyer fully understand that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty due to the fact that most body kits are made of fiberglass. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, Apact International, Inc.is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all body kits may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work etc. Because several of theses kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer Understand that fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt on. Sometimes it is possible a fiberglass kit may require prep work. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Most regular collision shops do not know how and will charge an unreasonable price. typical body shop will charge anywhere from 400 - 1000 to install the kits depending how well you know the shop .Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.

Returns and Refund:

All item comes with 30-day warranty. ( Some auto parts require maximum or minimum modification. There is no part that FIT PERFECT unless Item description show "FIT PERFECT". If you are not sure for item can fit or not, you must consult with someone in this knowledge field. You can pre-line the item to see item is fit or not. As long as you DO NOT ASSEMBLY item then it's replacement or refundable, All item with ASSEMBLY will not be able to process RETURN or REFUND ). Within the warranty period, defective item can be process for replacement. All returns must be authorized and pre-approved by or through eBAY as (Contact Member) and is subject to a 30% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 10 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Apact International, Inc. In unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) and Insure that product is very well packaged. The shipping change can't be refunded, the buyer must pay for the shipping change for ship back to Apact International, Inc. for replacement (unless the item does not fit on the titled vehicle as auction listing or D.O.A. issue then we will take care shipping charge). Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price (any missing parts will effect return or subject to extra charge for replacement) and shipped via a traceable means (e.g. UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation). Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Apact International, Inc.. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Shipping Damage:

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Apact International, Inc.. within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. All refund or replacement will be granted after insurance claim process has end.
